    Role Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Operations Management Team, specializing in the textiles practice. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of textile industry operations, combined with exceptional project coordination and client management skills. This role requires proactive involvement in project execution, insightful contributions to internal and client meetings, and active participation in business development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with project teams on-site to ensure seamless execution of operational initiatives within the textiles practice.
    • Facilitate communication and alignment between various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
    1. Meeting Attendance:
    • Participate in weekly internal review meetings to provide updates on project progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
    • Attend monthly client meetings at project sites to present findings, discuss strategies, and address client concerns.
    1. Research and Business Development:
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies relevant to the textile sector.
    • Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and contributing to client presentations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field.
    • Working experience in textile machine or accessories sales, yarn or fabric marketing, MIS, or textile unit strategy is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control standards.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal teams and external clients.
