    Job Overview:
    We are looking for a seasoned and strategic CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our retail operations.

    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, ensuring financial stability, and driving the company's financial performance to new heights.


    Responsibilities:

    Financial Strategy:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and board.

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
    • Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights for decisionmaking.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
    • Present financial performance and reports to the executive team and board.

    Risk Management:

    • Assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to ensure financial stability.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage cash flow and liquidity, optimizing working capital for operational needs.
    • Implement efficient treasury and cash management practices.

    Cost Management:

    • Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
    • Work closely with department heads to ensure costeffective operations.

    Financial Controls:

    • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans and initiatives.
    • Evaluate potential investments and business opportunities.

    Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):

    • Assess and lead financial aspects of potential mergers and acquisitions.
    • Ensure successful integration of financial operations postacquisition.

    Team Leadership:

    • Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
    • Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the retail industry.
    • Strong understanding of retail business models and financial implications.
    • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Experience in managing financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced retail environment.
