As aRecruiter at our company you will play a critical role inidentifying and engaging top talent to join our organization. Youwill be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcingand screening candidates to managing the offer process. Your workwill directly impact our ability to build highperforming teams andcontribute to the overall success of thecompany.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Partner with hiringmanagers to understand staffing needs and develop effectiverecruitment strategies
• Source potentialcandidates through online channels social media and professionalnetworks
• Screen resumes and job applications toidentify qualified candidates
• Conductinterviews and assess applicants relevant knowledge skills softskills and experience
• Coordinate with hiringmanagers to schedule interviews and brief them on candidatedetails
• Facilitate the hiring process includingextending offers and negotiating employmentterms
• Build strong talent pipelines for currentand future staffing needs
• Maintain candidatedatabases and keep them updated
• Advertise jobopenings on careers pages and job boards
• Stayuptodate with current recruiting methods and industrytrends

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relatedfield
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter orsimilar role
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcingtechniques and candidate evaluationmethods
• Familiarity with HR databases ApplicantTracking Systems (ATS) and candidate managementsystems
• Strong knowledge of employmentlegislation and regulations
• Excellent verbaland written communication skills
• Exceptionalinterpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Abilityto prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
