Job Role

• We are seeking a full-time Admission Counselor for our locations in Noida, Mohali and Panchkula.
• The Admission Counselor will be responsible for assessing and reviewing applications, liaising with prospective students and parents, conducting one to one tele- counseling sessions and ensuring smooth admission process of the eligible applicants.
• The Admission Counselor should have exceptional communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments of the institution

Skill Required

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills, with experience in handling high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
• Commitment to excellence, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 2 Years + experience in Telesales/counseling role.
• Stability in CV.
