    Job Overview

    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager Fashion & LifeStyle Kerala for Zudio. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Thiruvananthapuram, Eddapal, Angamaly, Karunagappaly, Kannur, Calicut, Edappal, Kerala, India. You will be in charge of managing the store staff, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    Qualifications and Skills

    Age upto 35yrs

    • 1-3 years of experience as a Store Manager / Department Manager / Assistant Store Manager in the fashion and lifestyle industry
    • Strong knowledge of store operations and retail management
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
    • Ability to train and motivate store staff
    • Good understanding of market trends and customer preferences
    • Proficient in inventory management and visual merchandising
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning
    • Supervise and train store staff to ensure excellent customer service
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
    • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per company guidelines
