    Description

    We are a leading organization operating in the real estate and non-banking financial sectors. With a strong presence in the market, we specialize in developing and financing real estate projects across various segments. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

    Role Overview:

    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a key leadership role in our organization, overseeing all financial aspects of our operations in both the real estate and non-banking financial sectors. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, planning, and management to support our growth objectives and ensure financial stability and profitability.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

    Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives in the real estate and NBFC sectors.

    Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

    Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

    2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

    Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

    Conduct regular financial reviews and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

    Present financial performance and analysis to senior management and the board of directors, providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.

    3. Risk Management and Compliance:

    Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management processes to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    4. Capital Management and Financing:

    Develop and execute capital management strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and liquidity position.

    Evaluate and pursue financing opportunities, including debt and equity financing, to support the company's growth initiatives and capital requirements.

    5. Leadership and Team Management:

    Provide strong leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Mentor and develop finance team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.

    Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role in the real estate and/or NBFC industry.

    Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations applicable to real estate development and NBFC operations.

    Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, driving business growth, and delivering results in a dynamic and competitive environment.

    Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
