    Overview:

    The role of aTalent Acquisition Executive is crucial to the organizationssuccess as it involves sourcing attracting and hiring top talent tomeet the companys staffing needs. The Executive will play a keyrole in building a strong employer brand and fostering a positivecandidate experience.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Develop and executerecruiting plans.
    • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to identify staffing needs.
    • Sourcepotential candidates through online channels andnetworking.
    • Conduct interviews and assesscandidate skills and qualifications.
    • Coordinatewith external partners (e.g. recruitmentagencies).
    • Manage the companys employer brandand recruitment marketing strategies.
    • UtilizeHRIS and other recruitment toolseffectively.
    • Participate in career fairs andnetworking events.
    • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of the recruitment process.
    • Providerecruitment metrics and reports tostakeholders.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelor sdegree.
    • Proven work experience as a TalentAcquisition Executive or similar role.
    • Handsonexperience with fullcycle recruiting using various interviewtechniques and evaluation methods.
    • Strongknowledge of recruitment software and applicant trackingsystems.
    • Excellent understanding of employmentlaws and regulations.
    • Outstanding communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to prioritizeand manage time effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Demonstrated success in sourcingand engaging passive candidates.
    • Proactive andinnovative thinker with a focus on continuousimprovement.
