    Required Qualification:
    Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.


    CTC:
    15 LPA - 18 LPA


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality accounting and business support services to multinational clients.
    • Oversee the finalization of accounts, ensuring compliance with Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
    • Manage the payroll processing function using automated software, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
    • Provide expert guidance on taxation matters, including Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.
    • Liaise with clients to understand their accounting and financial reporting requirements, providing tailored solutions and strategic advice.
    • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry trends, and incorporate them into the firm's practices and client services.
    • Utilize technology and various accounting software/ tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
