Responsible forQuality and Timely delivery of Project milestones. Client engagement and satisfaction on theproject worked on. Responsible forStakeholder communication and management. Resource Management and utilization motivation and leadership. Represent to the management at reviews andother critical meetings for the overall delivery aspects teamstatus and plans. Communicate with theclients on a regular basis Resource Management Risk ManagementBusiness Analysis and Documentation.

Ensureall documentations and processes are followed as per Cogitate sSDLC Utilize industry best practicestechniques and standards throughout entire project execution Measure project performance to identifyareas for improvement
TechnicalCompetencies:
ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification preferred Proven ability to solve problems creatively Strong familiarity with project managementsoftware tools methodologies and best practices Experience seeing projects through the fulllife cycle Excellent analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills and extremelyresourceful Proven ability to completeprojects according to outlined scope budget andtimeline
QualificationsBE/ B. Tech / MCA / B. Sc. IT 8 years ofproject management and related experience 5years in P&C Insurance Domain for USA markets(Preferred)
