We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS to manage and streamline end-to-end HR operations.Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Keka HRMS for employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit) ,
- Configure and maintain modules related to attendance, leave, payroll, performance, and employee records. ,
- Maintain regular audits within Keka HR., < li_Address discrepancies_and ensure adherence_to company attendance policies_, < li_Drive the performance management cycle_including goal setting_, appraisals_reviews_and feedback_using Keka PMS._ , < li_Analyze_performance data _and generate reports_for leadership review_ ,< / ul >
