    Role: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

    Location: Chennai

    Experience: 5 to 10 Years

    Required Qualification:

    • B.E./ B. Tech /M.C.A or any equivalent

    Desired Profile:

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Domain
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM
    • 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors
    • Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central
    • Proficiency in one or two modules like ONB, RCM, PMGM, LMS, Time off, Compensation Recruitment, and On-Boarding - Off-Boarding
    • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors
    • Certification in other modules (Preferred)
