    The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.

    The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.


    As our team expands, we are looking for a highly experienced Manager to join our team to support the day to day operations of our Recruitment & Staffing Arm of the company.


    You will be required to work independently in a remote setting without from a private & quiet workspace (with no disturbances).

    You are required to work from a desk at all times.

    ResponsibilitiesMaintain & Manage close relationships with Clients (as an account manager)

    Communicating with clients & consultants by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressedBuilding strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customersCollaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requestsResolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desiresCollecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsCreate & re-evaluate internal operational processes regularly including:
    Contractor Onboarding, Contractor Off-boarding, Contractor Payroll.
    Meeting consultants & hosting one on one checkpoints with each consultant routinely.
    Keeping track of all contractors & consultants in terms of their contract dates, pay rates, projects & client deployment.
    Confirm contractor / consultant terms & conditions before signing contract.
    Confirm contractor / consultant extensions & renewals with the clients.
    Confirm contractors are set up in the payroll system.
    Confirm contractors renewals with the client.

    Track the status of all new contractors with the client & coordinate their on-boarding including completing all background checks, & shipments of laptop.

    Ensure contractors understand all processes such as timesheet & invoice submissions.
    Create effective processes & policies for day to day operations of the team & contractors.

    Work closely with the recruitment team to support day to day management of Recruitment team's deliverable (when needed).Complete weekly & monthly deliverables.

    Identify KPIs for the Operations Manager & Operations team members.

    Must be able to work in the Canadian Time Zone (Toronto, Canada - 9am-5pm), which could be a flexible requirement on a day to day basis.
