    Customer Delight Trainer Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Delight Trainer to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive training programs for customer delight team members.
    • Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
    • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to onboard new hires and provide ongoing training.
    • Conduct individual coaching sessions to provide personalized feedback and guidance.
    • Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing support to ensure consistent improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
