    Motion Designer :

    - We don't have just designers, copywriters, product designers, illustrators, 2D and 3D artists, we have "thinkers".

    - Your job will not be to get from point A to point B, it would be about how interesting you can make that journey.

    - Work with a group of fun individuals who work hard, and play harder.

    What you will do :

    - You should be the one to know what's trending.

    - Research for the required design and be in touch with the design world of today.

    - Think, design, and animate layouts that take the brand forward.

    - Get a deep understanding of our brand guidelines and adhere to it.

    - Be ready to be a part of a fast paced industry that's changing and evolving every day.

    - Be organised this helps your teammates collaborate with you easily.

    - Don't overwhelm your peers with complicated files that only you can understand.

    - Adapt designs for multiple projects.

    What you will bring :

    - At least 4 to 7 years of experience in motion design.

    - Well, apart from a few cookies every day, it'd be great if you come with these

    - Good understanding of design trends and systems, and how it works to attract the audience.

    - What am I trying to say with this design?", ask this question for every design you create.

    - We're not a team which churns out design just for work.

    - Live your work the value it deserves.

    - It's a fast developing industry and we're a relatively new company, so if you can streamline some processes, that'd be great too.

    Job Description :

    We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of current design trends and be able to research and implement innovative designs.

    They will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating layouts that elevate our brand.

    The candidate should have a deep understanding of our brand guidelines and be able to adhere to them while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field. 4-7 years of experience in motion design or related field.

    Strong understanding of current design trends and industry advancements.

    Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).

    Ability to conceptualize, design, and animate layouts effectively.

    Deep understanding of brand guidelines and ability to adhere to them.

    Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Clear communication and presentation skills.

    Adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
