Description

Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering UX designs while working closely with cross functional teams
• Own end to end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirements
• Creating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little direction
• Create and communicate end to end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs to stakeholders
• Help lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product direction
• Lead data driven design methodologies to champion refinements of the product until the usability and experience reach a delightful experience and success criteria
• Be highly adaptable in an ever changing startup environment

Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domainBachelor's or Master's degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related disciplineAn online portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, approach to the problem, and design deliverables like conceptual models, navigation and user flows, information design, and mock-upsEffectively collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure stakeholder alignmentAbility to filter the noise and identify the root cause of the customer problem using data from various sourcesExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadershipSelf-motivated to think outside the box and can navigate through ambiguous situationsExperience leading and mentoring a small team of product designers
