    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented Chef - Continental to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Chef - Continental, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious continental dishes to delight our customers. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a candidate with 1 to 4 years of experience in continental cuisine.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-5years of experience as a Chef - Continental or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
    • Ability to create and innovate new recipes
    • Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
    • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
    • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is desirable

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Create and prepare delicious continental dishes according to menu specifications
    • Ensure all dishes are prepared and plated according to established standards
    • Monitor food quality and presentation during service
    • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and menu items
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Manage inventory and control the cost of ingredients
    • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
