Qualifications:

• A doctoral degree (Ph.

D.) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Previous teaching experience at the college or university level, preferably in biotechnology or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in biotechnological techniques, methodologies, and applications through research or professional experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and studentcentered education.
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proficiency in using instructional technology and software tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and industry partners to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
