    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
    • Identify opportunities, segments, and industries for sustained growth and expansion.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients , ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their specific challenges and objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Video Telematics industries .

    Market Expansion

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and market expansion .
    • Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities and foster strategic alliances.

    Revenue Growth And Reporting

    • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership team.
    • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing revenue and profitability.
    • Implement pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 6 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion, preferably in the Electronics, Commercial Vehicle, or technology sector, with a focus on Telematics
    • Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, with demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in competitive and dynamic markets
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in implementing effective sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize sales performance and enhance productivity.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and lead by example with integrity and professionalism
    • In-depth knowledge of Telematics, ITS,Commercial Vehicle, Fleet management is advantageous, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
