    Roles andResponsibilities:

    BillPayments:

    1.To ensure that billpassing is strictly as per PO terms.

    2.To followup for bills where the same is shown as open line items in GR/IRaccounts.

    3.To ensure timely adjustment ofDebit/Credit notes pertaining to contractor.

    4.Toensure retention & security are properly deducted duringBill passing. Also, wherein PBG/ABG is to be obtained beforerelease of advance, to ensure that the same is timelyreceived.

    5.To monitor party-wise ledger forAdvances as per PO terms and follow-up with Purchase department aswell as contractors on monthlybasis.

    OverheadAccounting and Monitoring

    1.Toensure that all Admin Overhead exp are incurred within budget andall exceptions are reported to Management on timely basis andcompliance of Delegation Manual

    2.Annual budgetworking in TM1 and comparativepresentation.

    Interunit Transaction and StatutoryCompliances/GST:

    1.To ensure thatInter unit Balances properly match on every monthclosing

    2.Ensure the deductions of TDS from allpayments (applicability of TDS)/adjustment asapplicable)

    3.Ensure the GST compliances arefulfilled by vendors/customers and if any deviation, to be followedup with concerned and get it compiled the GST returns on time with100% compliance.

    4.Update the Legal cases as& when requirement basis in system and maintain the MIS/CLstatement

    MISPreparation & Reporting as required byP&B/CFD/Clusteroffice:

    1.To ensure no deviationfrom TM-1 Vs SAP on monthly basis

    2.ManagingAccounts Closing Activities and timely completion ofAS2/Audit.

    3.To submit report for sustainablegain or loss to management on monthlybasis

    4.Submit MIS/Financials & Budgetingto management on time.

    5.Cost Audit Finalizationwith HO & Auditor without any remarks orqueries

    6.Ensure no deviation between Flash VsActualcost

    BalanceSheet & AuditWork

    1.Co-ordination for Internal& External Audit work including Follow up for pointsclosure

    2.Preparation of Various details requiredfor finalization like Outstanding Liability, Expenses detailetc.

    3.Co-ordination with other Units (segmentalreporting) and within Group to ensure that the Balance Sheet isprepared as per requirement and in stipulatedtime.

    4.To ensure the timelyadjustment/submission of expense of advance / Impress given tostaff for local purchase & follow up for debit/ outstandingbalance
