Expectations from the role:

• Collect and consolidate data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Work with Business, Product, and other stakeholders for continuous improvement of data accuracy through feedback
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract and analyze data from various databases and data sources
• Generate actionable analytical insights, evaluate existing business understanding and find opportunities for improvements that enable stakeholders to make impactful data-backed decisions
• Use business understanding to develop key metrics to track the org and individual functions
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and dashboards to visualize and communicate analytical findings effectively
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Before you apply:

Please know that an ideal candidate must have

• An engineering degree
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in an analytics role in a startup. D2C e-commerce experience is preferred
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, and analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and formulas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
