    Are you an experienced Wealth Manager with a passion for providing exceptional financial advisory services to High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs)? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team in Pune.

    As a Relationship Manager - Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing the unique financial needs of our clients, guiding them towards achieving their financial aspirations through strategic portfolio analysis and tailored investment solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate Strong Client Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain robust relationships with HNI and UHNI clients, serving as their trusted advisor in navigating the complexities of wealth management.
    • Sales and

    Business Development:

    • Drive business growth by proactively identifying opportunities and generating referrals to meet sales targets, while offering a comprehensive suite of financial products and services including mutual funds, life & health insurance, and structured wealth products.


    • Portfolio Management:
    • Manage and review client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives through regular performance monitoring and portfolio rebalancing.


    • Financial Planning Consultation:
    • Provide expert consultancy on Financial Planning, encompassing areas such as Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, and Goal
    • based Investing, to assist clients in making informed decisions.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in wealth management or financial services, with a proven track record of client acquisition and portfolio management.
    • Thorough understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a resultsoriented mindset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
