    About the Role:


    As the Regional Operations Head at RentoMojo, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end operational efficiency and effectiveness within your assigned regions.


    • This role involves overseeing teams, managing multiple warehouses, implementing company policies, driving costsaving initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences.
    • Responsibilities and Ownership: (Things that the role cannot miss)

    Operational Leadership:
    End-to-end ownership of regional operations, including hiring, administration, development, and coaching of City Managers.


    • Oversee operations of multiple warehouses located in different cities, ensuring 100% adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor performance against service level contracts, maintaining high NPS (Net Promoter Score) performance within the region.
    • Determine inventory requirements based on demand forecast and warehouse allocation, optimizing inventory levels.
    • Asset Management and

    Process Improvement:
    Track repair asset AUM, strategize refurbishment plans and monitor on-site projects for efficient asset utilization.

    • Customer Experience and

    Best Practice Implementation:
    Drive customer experience enhancements for the region, implementing and sharing best practices across warehouses nationwide.

    • Data-Driven Decision-Making and

    Quality Assurance:
    Leverage data to drive performance improvements in the region.

    • Establish controls to enhance asset life and quality for longterm value maximization.
    • Managerial Expectations: Establishing the Operational Plan for the region; Managing the boundaries that separate units that report directly and with other parts of the business; Differentiate different works, selecting and training capable first line managers; Evaluation
    • Basis selection, decision, frequency, and quality of performance feedback;


    Ability to produce results through teams, deploying and redeploying resources among units Holding first-line managers accountable for managerial work; What all you must have and what it will take to succeed in this role: Holding self and others accountable.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Other than that, you should be: MBA or equivalent education degree preferred.
    • 8+ years' experience in managing operations and distributed setups.
    • Strong datadriven decisionmaking skills and a focus on accountability.
    • Excellent communication, relationshipbuilding, and influencing abilities.
    • Ability to manage the process from idea to execution with a dataoriented and product mindset.
    • Strategic thinking, ability to zoom in and out from micro to macro perspectives.
    • Values frugality and longterm thinking.
