    We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect/Software Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with our business needs.

    This role demands strong technical expertise, architectural design skills, and leadership in guiding development teams.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for creating solution architecture documents, conducting audits, and leading project implementations while staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop large-scale software solutions using a structured technology stack.
    • Create detailed solution architecture documents with deep technical specifications.
    • Collaborate with business teams to identify solution requirements, use cases, and future scenarios.
    • Conduct solution architecture reviews/audits and provide detailed review reports.
    • Lead solution implementation from project inception to go-live.

    Team Leadership and Collaboration

    • Oversee development teams and provide technical guidance as required.
    • Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure successful implementation.
    • Mentor team members by providing technical guidance and advisory on career development.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Information Technology.

    Technical Expertise:

    • Development:
      • Strong experience in NodeJS and Vue.JS / React.JS / Angular.JS.
      • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
      • Experience with Unix Shell scripting and Python.
    • Environments & Tools:
      • Expertise in Linux and Windows systems.
      • Proficient in Git for configuration management.
      • Hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).

    Preferred Candidate Attributes

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to architect scalable, high-performance systems.
    • Proven experience in leading technical teams and project implementations.
    • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
