    Description
    CREATIVE DESIGNER

    We are seeking a talented Creative Designer with proven experience in crafting visually stunning designs across various mediums. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.

    They should have a strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across different projects.

    Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts are essential.

    Qualification:
    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

    Duties and Responsibilities


    • Create visually appealing designs for print, digital, and multimedia platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
    • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media, and more.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
    • Translate complex ideas and concepts into engaging visual representations.
    • Utilize motion graphics and animation tools to enhance visual storytelling.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and communication channels.
    • Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity.
    Skills and Qualification


    • Proven experience as a Creative Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
    • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation tools, such as After Effects or similar software.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to present and explain design
    concepts effectively.


    • Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
    Educational Qualification


    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • 2-3 years of proven experience in a creative design role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
    • Experience with motion graphics and animation tools is highly desirable.
    • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums.
