    Core Responsibilities


    • Develop and maintain credit risk strategies and policies for different loan products
    • Continuously review and refine these policies to adapt to changing market conditions, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's competitiveness.
    • Own and operate the FLDG/Risk Sharing Business as a business owner.
    • Work closely with the product and tech teams to build and deploy the technology systems needed to operate the FLDG business.
    • Work closely with the CBO when we decide to apply for our own NBFC license.
    Required Skills & Experience


    • Between 5 and 8 years of overall experience.
    • Experience of underwriting and collections in the context of digital lending.
    • The ability and inclination to balance risk and business growth.
    • Strong Understanding of technology systems needed to power digital lending.
    • Awareness about the Digital Lending Guidelines and larger Lending Regulations.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in data analytics and statistical tools.
