    Description

    Experience Range: 5 plus years of Data experience, at least 2 years in Data Science

    Technical Skill Set-Statistics, Data Science, Python

    Desired Competencies: Must-Have

    1. 5+ years of Data and Data Science experience
    2. Statistics fundamentals, Data Science (AI), Machine Learning, Python
    3. Must be experienced with Statistical and Machine Learning Models, Feature Reduction, non-linear Regression and Classification models, Clustering Analysis, Neural Networks, Hypothesis Testing, Multivariate Analysis.
    4. Proficiency in Python: Pandas, scikit learn, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn, keras, pytorch, tensorflow, etc
    5. Sensitivity Analysis, Meta Heuristic Algorithms, LPP, Multi-objective optimization.
    6. Ability to understand the requirements and design the Machine Learning algorithms, lead the Jr Dats Scientists to get the required outputs
    7. Proven Team Player with self-motivation and proactive problem-solving capability.
    8. Able to deploy AI models on cloud with integrations with the right set of data

    Good-to- Have

    1. Good communication skills
    2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop data-based solutions to optimize business processes.
    3. Presenting the data analysis and results to internal audiences by visualizing dataand concepts into easy to comprehend presentations.
    4. Ability to Learn new Technologies and implement the same in Business use cases.
    5. Proficient in MLOPS. Should understand CI/CD processes in product deployment.
    6. Exploration in using Azure Open AI or Google Colab or any Gen AI use case
