    We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect/Lead to design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
    • Ensure efficient service delivery by following ITIL best practices.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable ITSM workflows and reporting dashboards.

    Additional Skills:

    • Hardware Asset Management (HAM): Implement and manage hardware lifecycle processes including inventory, procurement, and compliance.
    • Software Asset Management (SAM): Optimize software licensing and compliance tracking.
    • Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Architect and maintain an accurate CMDB to support IT operations.
    • Discovery: Configure and optimize Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application mapping.
    • Integrations: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
    • EPro: Enhance procurement processes using ServiceNow's enterprise procurement solutions.
    • Customer Service Management (CSM): Extend ServiceNow to improve customer service and enhance user experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead with a strong focus on ITSM.
    • Hands-on expertise in at least one additional skill listed.
    • Solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, REST APIs, and Glide.
    • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
    • ServiceNow certifications preferred.
