We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our PMS Investments team. In this role, you will work closely on direct investment opportunities, contributing to a long-term investment journey rooted in first principles investing.

Responsibilities:

• Equity Investing Experience: The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of equity investing experience at reputable firms in India.
• Thorough Analysis: You will analyze potential investment opportunities across various sectors, construct earnings models, and closely monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
• Informed Recommendations: Your ability to make well-founded recommendations to the investment committee, backed by rigorous analysis of company fundamentals, industry trends, and management teams, will be crucial.
• Educational Background: Candidates should hold a CA and/or MBA from top-tier business schools.
• Equity Research Expertise: For candidates with an equity research background, extensive experience in small and mid-cap sectors, along with impactful coverage and recommendations, will be highly valued.
• Buy-Side Excellence: If you come from a buy-side background, a demonstrated track record of successful ideas and fund performance will be an essential criterion.
• Additional Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience: We welcome candidates with a background in PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), or Family offices who have actively invested in small and midcap companies.
• Attributes: The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent attention-to-detail, exhibit strong communication skills, and thrive in a results-oriented and collaborative environment.
