• Financial Planning & Projections.
• Investor & Stakeholder Liaison, Reporting & Updates.
• Final Overview of all internal ledgers, CFS, BS and P&L.
• Org Level and Sales Unit Level P&L Reviews.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against the budget. Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts. Prepare financial modeling for various strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the tax planning and compliance with federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes.
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools, and control systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external stakeholders on financial matters.
• Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

• CA with 7+ years of experience and has also worked in startup environments.
• Proven experience in a financial controller position or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and legislation. Proficiency in financial management software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to strategize and solve complex problems.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
