Role summary:
Job Title: Associate Manager / Manager - Public Relations
Location: Gurgaon
Sub business: Dentsu Creative(Perfect Relations)
Total experience in PR needed: 3-5 Years
Verticals - Automobile & Aviation/ Defence background, other
Key Accountabilities:
Client Servicing and Retention
Evaluating Service quality by maintaining client liaison, drafting communication documents for the client
-Briefing network team on client activity and ensuring its success
-Media Delivery management
Ensuring preparing and implementation of plans
Media Relationship management
Media database management
Collections as per contract terms and conditions
Creating wow factor for the client & the team
Ensuring 1 big idea per client every quarter
Team Management
Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving client service delivery
Reviewing team performance on client
Team engagement and motivation
Identifying training needs and intimating the Senior Manager for further action and plan
New Business Development
Driving revenue through VAS
Helping the Senior Image Manager with NBD presentation and ideation
