    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Frontend Lead to work across digital design and programming, collaborating with our engineering, design, and project management teams in London, Lisbon, and Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help our clients solve their digital challenges and bring their ideas to life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage technical team members on projects, ensuring they understand their tasks and deliver high-quality, user-centred digital products.
    • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code, creating visual elements of the application.
    • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between digital design and technical implementation.
    • Work closely with the Delivery/PM team to create accurate project plans and ensure timely delivery.
    • Develop new user-facing features and define how the application looks and works.
    • Mentor and train junior developers.

    Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience leading small teams in interactive website development using modern HTML, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks.
    • Strong technical lead experience and good knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular or Vue.JS.
    • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS 3, SCSS, Bootstrap 3/4, and front-end libraries.
    • Knowledge of CMS platforms and modular component creation.
    • Experience with version control systems like Git and asynchronous request handling.
    • Basic image authoring skills and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
