    Enterprise Sales Manager.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to enterprise clients.
    • Lead from the front in executing sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain longterm relationships with key enterprise clients.
    • Understand their unique needs and deliver customized SaaS solutions that add value to their business operations.
    • Team Development and Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a highperforming sales team.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
    • Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the SaaS industry.
    • Leverage insights to refine sales strategies and offerings.
    • Performance Tracking: Set clear sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
    • Regularly review performance data to assess progress and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on company objectives and seamless client experience.
    • Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth by securing new enterprise accounts and expanding existing client relationships.
    • Ensure the sales team is focused on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion dedicated to selling SaaS products or similar technology solutions to large enterprises.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in a startup or highgrowth environment.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with Clevel executives.
    • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including competitive dynamics, customer needs, and product trends.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
