Job Description
As an integral member of our team at IIDE, you will:
Conduct 40-50 comprehensive counseling sessions daily, guiding individuals toward their academic goals.
Facilitate 2 engaging Zoom consultations daily, ensuring personalized attention to each participant.
Excel in meeting and exceeding our set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions to assist individuals in defining and achieving their academic goals.
  
• Facilitate engaging Zoom consultations, providing personalized attention to participants.
  
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to effectively convince and guide individuals.
  
• Provide support and guidance to individuals seeking to transition from technical fields to corporate, sales, and business development roles.
