- Responsible for generating revenue and identifying new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Acquire new customers and secure new logos for the organization.
- Identify emerging markets and customer needs to drive business growth.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to present company solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and collections.
- Collect payments for sales made and ensure timely invoicing.
- Define and work towards achieving individual sales targets set by the organization.
- Ensure compliance with sales-related processes including tender, order-related, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) while not solely depending on them for solution pitching.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Highly enterprising, energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Ability to handle escalations and build strong relationships with both OEMs and customers.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SMB market sales.
- Understanding of cloud business and market in Kolkata and West Bengal preferred.
- Experience in enterprise product sales including Server, Storage, Virtualization, HCI, HPC, VDI, SD WAN, etc.
- Strong corporate B2B sales experience and handling end customers of SMB segments with Consumer/B2B sales.
- Working knowledge of sales planning and execution strategies.
- Graduate in Science, or Diploma/Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science/IT, or MCA.
- Good knowledge of enterprise products and solution pitching.
- Excellent sales knowledge of products such as Server, Storage, Virtualization, HCI, HPC, VDI, SD WAN, Active Directory, Mail Server, and Antivirus.
- Problem-solving skills to address business needs through enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially during pre-sales and delivery phases of projects.
