    Description

    Key Deliverables:

    • Create plan, strategy and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for our brand and drive initiatives to generate awareness, engagement, consideration and generate enquiries.
    • Works closely with the Digital head / Sales team to develop digital marketing strategy aligned to our marketing objectives by studying market insights, competition data and identifying future trends.
    • Primary deliverable is Lead Generation.
    • Develop, execute, monitor and optimize various Link Building Strategies and improve keyword search rankings on various search engines.
    • Measure and report performance of overall digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) - weekly, monthly, quarterly.
    • Regularly monitor, optimize, generate leads via various Paid Ads marketing using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, etc..
    • Build effective Guest Posting, Content Marketing, Influencer marketing, etc. strategies.
    • Define, monitor, execute, optimize various Content Marketing plans.
    • Plan, build, execute, monitor and optimize the brand presence on various social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.
    • Manage all our digital marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with designers to create a great online experience.
    • Expand our content library to include other formats including video, infographics, webinars, podcasts, calculators, and tools.
    • Improve conversion rate from search results to website visitors.

    Who Should Apply?

    • You have a minimum 8+ years of Digital Marketing experience in IT / Software Development Services industry for US and/or European market for a software company.
    • You have completed Master's in Marketing, preferably MBA in Marketing.
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • You have extensive experience in lead generation for Software Development Services.
    • You have a good understanding of various software development services and programming languages like Java, Dot Net, Mobile, Python, etc..
    • You have extensive experience in understanding all the metrics and understanding various report parameters in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
    • You have strong foundational SEO understanding: On page, Off page, blog strategy, keyword research, content creation, content optimization, etc.
    • You have strong knowledge of various ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
    • You have experience in building, monitoring, optimizing, etc. various Ad campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
    • You are willing to go extra-mile and hustle to achieve marketing goals.
    • You have excellent attention-to-detail ability and presentation skills.
    • You do not have any timing constraints.
