    Senior Recruiter Job Description

    This is an opportunity to lead talent acquisition efforts across multiple functions at Acies, a dynamic organization.

    We are seeking experienced Senior Recruiters with 6+ years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition, recruitment specialist in the BFSI space, HR Business Partnering, Process Improvement, Talent & Performance Management, Stakeholder Relationship Management, Organizational Improvisation & Restructuring, and Life Cycle. The ideal candidate will be a Graduate or Postgraduate with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.

    The key responsibilities include:

    • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Managing relationships with search firms/agencies and recruitment partners to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high-quality, diverse candidate pools. Participating in diversity recruiting events and activities through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking events.
    • Candidate Assessment and Screening: Reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and assessing candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Interview Coordination and Communication: Scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication between candidates and interviewers.
    • Candidate Experience and Satisfaction: Maintaining a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
    • Recruitment Metrics and Analytics: Tracking key recruitment metrics, including MIS, sourcing effectiveness, and quality of hires, to improve hiring efficiency.
    • Talent Pipeline Development: Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
    • Compensation Expectation Conversations: Conducting conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers and release of offer letters.
    • Recruitment Analytics and Reporting: Preparing and updating sheets and Recruitment pipeline in order to facilitate real-time updation of Talent Acquisition analytics.

    Additional Information

    • Work Permit Requirements: Indian Citizen or valid work permit to work in India.
    • Period of Engagement: Full-time position.
    • Probation Period: 6 months.
    • Compensation: Varies depending on skill, fitment, and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
    • Leave Policy: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement, and studies vary based on city and country of engagement.
    • Other Benefits: Medical insurance and other employment benefits will be informed during the compensation discussion.

    Selection Process

    We seek to be transparent during the selection process. While the actual process may vary from the process indicated below, the key steps involved are as follows:

    • Personal Interviews: At least 2-3 rounds of online interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on criticality and seniority of the role involved.
    • Final Discussion on Career and Compensation: Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications you have during this discussion.
