Education: Bachelorsdegree.
Experience: 4 7Years.JobSummaryWe are looking for a SeniorHardware Engineer experience in design and development of Analogand Digital circuits various Communication protocols like RS232RS485 SPI I2C Ethernet USB wireless transmission etc. andunderstanding / awareness of EMI/EMC testing. He/She should haveexperience in debugging schematic design and ECAD Tools (preferAltium)Skills:

1. StrongAnalytical skills Interpersonal and Communicationskills.
2. Preparing the design document andBOM.
3. Excellent understanding of analog digitaland power supply design fundamentals.
4. GoodDebugging Skill.
5. Strong knowledge of EMI / EMCcertification and environmental compliances UL/IEC/RoHS/REACHetc.

Experience:

1. Experiencein hardware architecture design feature & performancespecifications 16/32bit microcontrollers / microprocessorbaseddesigns.
2. Hands on experience on simulationtools like PSpice LTSpice Model Sim etc.
3. Handson experience linear / Switched Mode PowerSupplies.
4. Hands on experience on variousCommunication protocols like RS232 RS485 SPI I2C Ethernet USB CANwireless etc.
5. Hands on experience in schematicdesign and ECAD Tools (prefer Altium).
6. Hands onexperience in defining the system / module specifications designingthe architecture and requirements for complex systems.
7. Experience of full Hardware development lifecycle including requirements management design developmentverification & validation qualification &certification testing in Industrialapplications.
8. Experience in collaborating withlocal / global suppliers for prototype developments external labsfor testing etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsiblefor the overall Hardware design of theproduct.
2. Responsible for meeting the overallproject schedule.
3. This will include design ofthe DC to DC LDO and microcontroller based embeddedsystems.
4. Design schematic of digital mix signaland power electronics circuit board that satisfied the designrequirement.
5. Work with cross function team tounderstand customer requirement participate in system / subsystemdesign review finalize electronics design requirement by reviewingwith systems & global engineeringteams.
6. Good knowledge on PCB design guidelinesfor SI high speed design split ground plane &EMI/EMC.

QMSResponsibilities:

1. Toparticipate meaningfully in Internal and thirdparty Audits ofImplemented Management System Standards.
2. Tocontribute to the organization Knowledge inventorydocuments.
3. To participate in finalizingmanagement review inputs to be given to QMScoordinator/MR
4. To control correct find out rootcause and take corrective actions on nonConformity and itsconsequence and customer complaints.
5. To beaware of Quality Policy Quality Objectives and implications of notconforming with QMS requirements.
