    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and creative Jr. Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team at Gridbots Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a Jr. Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and design of visual materials for our company. This includes creating graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to convey our brand and message effectively. This role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in various design software.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator
    • Solid understanding of motion graphics and video editing techniques
    • Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple design projects
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
    • A portfolio showcasing previous work and design skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for our company's marketing materials
    • Assist in the creation and design of digital assets for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
    • Ensure that all graphical content is aligned with our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
    • Develop motion graphics and animated videos to enhance our marketing campaigns
    • Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality designs
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing our visual communications
    • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve your design skills
    • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs within specified deadlines
