    Sales Analytics Role

    Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

    Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Provide insights and recommendations to sales management based on data analysis.

    Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.

    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on goals and strategies.

    Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.

    Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the sales organization.

    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics.

    Requirements:

    Master's or bachelor's degree in business with 5 – 8 years in similar role.

    Proven experience in sales analytics or a similar analytical role.

    Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex findings effectively.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

    Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques is desirable.
