- Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Process employee changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding processes in compliance with company policies.
- Time and Attendance:
- Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee timesheets.
- Generate and distribute relevant reports for payroll processing.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and liaise with external vendors as needed.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Ensure HR processes adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and sensitive HR information.
- HR Reporting:
- Prepare and generate HR reports on a regular basis or as needed by management.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Escalate issues to the HR Operations Manager when necessary.
- General HR Support:
- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR operations is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems is desirable.
