    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Operations Junior Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Employee Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Process employee changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
    1. Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with relevant departments.
    • Conduct exit interviews and handle offboarding processes in compliance with company policies.
    1. Time and Attendance:
    • Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee timesheets.
    • Generate and distribute relevant reports for payroll processing.
    1. Benefits Administration:
    • Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.
    • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and liaise with external vendors as needed.
    1. Compliance and Record Keeping:
    • Ensure HR processes adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee records and sensitive HR information.
    1. HR Reporting:
    • Prepare and generate HR reports on a regular basis or as needed by management.
    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
    1. Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
    • Escalate issues to the HR Operations Manager when necessary.
    1. General HR Support:
    • Assist in various HR projects and initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR operations is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Software Proficiency:

    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems is desirable.
