    Vice President/Associate Partner/Entrepreneur - Residence - AVP/ VP/Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Associate Partner in Growth

    Key Responsibilities:- As an AVP/VP/EIR Associate Partner in Business Growth, spearhead the strategic establishment and expansion of the business vertical, overseeing all facets of the profit and loss (P&L) framework with a sharp focus on driving business growth strategies.

    • Develop and execute innovative business strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing a 20% Profit After Tax (PAT) margin.
    • Drive revenue augmentation and market expansion through comprehensive market analysis, strategic business development initiatives, and forging impactful partnerships within the business growth domain.
    • Efficiently manage operational functions within the business growth realm, ensuring optimal resource allocation while upholding highquality standards in business initiatives.
    • Foster collaboration across diverse teams to align business objectives with growth strategies and operational initiatives effectively.
    • Continuously monitor performance metrics of business initiatives, implementing enhancements to sustain growth and profitability in line with business objectives.
    • Cultivate and nurture strategic alliances with industry peers, stakeholders, and clientele within the business growth landscape to achieve business objectives effectively.
    Required Qualification:


    • Proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and proficient management of P&L structures with a specialized focus on driving business growth strategies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling business operations, particularly within startup or entrepreneurial environments, emphasizing innovative growth approaches.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving business objectives with a strong focus on growth initiatives.
    • Strong analytical abilities, decisive decisionmaking skills, and effective problemsolving capabilities, particularly within the context of growth challenges.
    • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of robust partnerships and proficient negotiation within the business growth domain.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
