    • Job Description:Key role and responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization's success.
    • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
    • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies.
    • Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make datadriven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HRrelated risks.
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with the organization's objectives.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    • Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices.
    • Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
    • Payroll and benefits administration
    • Assist with payroll processing.
    • Assist with all internal and external HRrelated matters and respond to human resourcesrelated inquiries.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
    • 5+ years of proven experience as an HR Operations/Business Partner or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
    • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
    • Payroll experience is a must.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
    • Good knowledge of labour law
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
