    • Experience includes processing First Notice of Loss (FNOL), Claims Settlement and Claims Adjudication
    • Claims experience in Property and Casualty.
    • Property Damage, Motor Damage, Bodily Injury
    • Personal lines, Commercial lines + Claims
    • Claims experience in US Insurance, UK Insurance

    In this role, you will get to:

    · Document claims accurately, adhering to best practices for low to moderate exposure and complexity in Property, Content, and Liability/Injury claims.

    · Exercise judgment for policy verification and coverage determination, analyzing applicable coverages.

    · Determine liability through the gathering and analysis of relevant facts and images.

    · Identify anomalies and patterns to detect fraudulent claims, referring them to the SIU team as per SOPs.

    · Own the claims resolution process from initiation to settlement, ensuring timely resolution.

    · Assess damages by calculating applicable damage or range of damages.

    · Negotiate claim settlements, establishing appropriate negotiation strategies within authority limits.

    · Meet quality standards through adherence to best practices.

    · Ensure data integrity, proper documentation of claim files, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    · Uphold customer satisfaction by proactive communication, responding to inquiries, and following customer protocols.

    · Ensure legal compliance with federal laws, regulations, and internal control requirements.

    Qualifications

    Our most successful candidates will have the following:

    · Diploma/bachelor's degree with months of Experience.

    · Experience in P&C, Healthcare Claims dealing with damage, liability, or injury claims.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills.

    · Good knowledge of Insurance claims end-to-end value chain activities, challenges, and best practices.

    · Good knowledge of evaluating injuries and damage using market tools and technology.

    · General knowledge of the coverages available under the damage protection, liability policy, and some common exclusions.

    · Results-driven, ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and follow procedures.

    · Proven leadership and time management skills in a team environment.

    · Extensive knowledge of internet technology

    · Flexible to switch between voice and non-voice tasks.

    · Flexibility to work in a 24*7 environment with rotational week offs.
