1ProjectManagement:

Successfully manage multiple wedding photography and videographyprojects simultaneously ensuring adherence to timelines budgets andqualitystandards.

Develop project plans schedules and budgets allocating resourceseffectively and proactively addressing any issues or delays thatmayarise.

2Client Communication and RelationshipManagement:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout theproject lifecycle providing regular updates addressing inquiriesand managingexpectations.

Cultivate strong client relationships through proactivecommunication responsiveness and personalized service ensuring apositive experience and repeatbusiness.

3Creative Direction andCoordination:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision preferences andexpectations for wedding photography and videography providingguidance and creative direction asneeded.

Coordinate with photographers videographers and other creative teammembers to ensure alignment with client preferences and projectrequirements.

4Timeline and WorkflowManagement:

Develop and maintain production schedules and workflows for weddingphotovideo projects coordinating tasks and deadlines across variousteam members andvendors.

Anticipate and mitigate potential bottlenecks or delays in theproduction process proactively managing resources and priorities tomeet projectmilestones.

5Quality Assurance and DeliverableReview:

Conduct regular quality checks and reviews of project deliverablesensuring accuracy consistency and adherence to clientspecifications and companystandards.

Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areasfor improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary toenhance quality and customersatisfaction.

6Vendor and SupplierCoordination:

Liaise with external vendors suppliers and partners involved inwedding photovideo projects including venues equipment rentals andprinting services to ensure seamless coordination and delivery ofservices.

Negotiate contracts manage vendor relationships and overseeprocurement processes to secure the necessary resources andservices for projectexecution.

7Team Leadership andDevelopment:

Lead and motivate project teams providing guidance support andfeedback to ensure collaboration accountability and highperformance.

Facilitate team training and development initiatives to enhancetechnical skills customer service capabilities and projectmanagementcompetencies.

8Client Feedback and SatisfactionMeasurement:

Gather feedback from clients upon project completion to assesssatisfaction levels identify areas for improvement and capturetestimonials andreferrals.

Analyze client feedback and satisfaction metrics to informcontinuous improvement efforts and drive customercentricdecisionmaking.
