    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience.
    2. Digital Marketing: Utilize various digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    3. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for marketing campaigns, advertisements, website, and social media platforms to attract and retain customers.
    4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to implementation, monitoring performance and optimizing strategies for maximum results.
    5. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
    6. Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand reach and drive sales.
    7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and engagement strategies.
    8. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the tours and travels industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
    • Passion for travel and a keen interest in exploring new destinations.
