    • Developand implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectivesand revenue targets.
    • Lead mentor and inspire ahighperformance sales team.
    • Establish andnurture relationships with key clients and strategicpartners.
    TechnicalExpertise:
    • Leverage asolid background in technology to understand client needs andeffectively communicate the value proposition of our SDaaSsolutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trendsemerging technologies and competitiveofferings.
    • Collaborate with the productdevelopment team to align sales strategies with the evolvingtechnologicallandscape.
    BusinessDevelopment:
    • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities to expand the clientbase.
    • Evaluate market trends and customer needsto inform product development and salesstrategies.
    • Negotiate and close highvalue dealswith key clients and enterprisecustomers.
    ClientRelationshipManagement:
    • Fosterand maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensuresatisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as a strategicadvisor to clients understanding their business challenges andproviding tailoredsolutions.
    PerformanceAnalysis:
    • Implementand monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure andimprove the effectiveness of the salesteam.
    • Provide regular reports and insights tothe executive team on sales performance market trends and potentialareas forgrowth.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in a technical field; advanced degree or MBA is aplus.
    2. Proven experience in a senior salesleadership role with a focus on technology and software developmentservices.
    3. Indepth knowledge of SoftwareDevelopment as a Service (SDaaS) and the software development lifecycle.
    4. Strong understanding of emergingtechnologies industry trends and competitivelandscapes.
    5. Exceptional leadership andcommunication skills with a track record of building and leadingsuccessful sales teams.
    6. Proven ability to driverevenue growth and achieve sales targets in a competitivemarket.
    7. Excellent negotiation presentation andrelationshipbuildingskills.
