    Description

    **Responsibilities:**

    1. **Clinical Research:**

    Conduct and contribute to research studies focused on Ayurvedic medicine.

    Design and implement clinical trials, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to collect and analyze data.

    2. **Content Creation:**

    Liasioning with content/ digital marketing team for making engaging content related to Ayurvedic medicine sciences.

    Create written materials, including articles, blog posts, and educational resources.

    Participate in the creation of multimedia content, such as videos and webinars.

    3. **Literature Review:**

    Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in Ayurvedic medicine.

    Conduct literature reviews to support research projects and content creation.

    Literary research & documentation

    4. **R & D**

    Finalizing & testing of our new formulations.

    Comparative analysis of medicines w.r.t. market

    Pharmacology Research (Preclinical Safety/Toxicity and Biological Activity Studies

    5. **Collaboration:**

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, researchers, and CRO institutions for coordination, whenever required.

    Attend conferences and workshops to stay informed and network with experts in the field.

    6. **Compliance:**

    Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in all research activities.

    Maintain accurate and detailed records of research procedures and outcomes.

    Coordinate end to end compliance & regulatory process for Nutra/ Ayurvedic medicines export purposes.

    **Qualifications:**

    1. Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree.

    2. Previous experience in clinical research and R&D. (2 – 5 yrs.)

    3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    4. Ability to interpret and communicate complex medical concepts to a diverse audience.

    5. Familiarity with ethical considerations in research involving human subjects.

    6. Knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and practices.

    **Preferred Skills:**

    1. Experience in content creation, including writing and multimedia production.

    2. Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical tools.

    3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

    4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
