    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain, implement, and troubleshoot networks
    • Design and support our network systems and infrastructure
    • Configure and operate routers and switches
    • Monitor network performance and make recommendations based on performance analysis

    Principal Responsibilities

    Customer Support & Troubleshooting

    • Review escalated network support tickets and handle the network troubleshooting.
    • Follow network procedures to resolve network related issues in a timely and efficient manner, within agreed upon SLAs.
    • Escalate unresolved network related issues to the Network Supervisor.
    • Assist with new client integration and testing to ensure stable and fast connection to their client.

    Network Operation

    • Follow networking procedures to perform day-to-day operational activities to maintain the stability of the ReSourcePro networking infrastructure and connectivity to clients, including routine preventive measures and necessary network configuration backup on time.

    Network Performance and Security

    • Monitor & assess the daily network performance, availability, and security to pro- actively discover and resolve issues and support the ISO 27001 security monitoring objectives.

    Technology Implementation and Training

    • Provide support in evaluating and implementing network technologies under the supervision of the Supervisor.
    • Install, configure, evaluate and document LAN, WAN, and internet technologies to meet business network initiatives.
    • Provide support in conducting network knowledge training and contribute to knowledge management process.
    • Knowledge & hands on of Routing Protocols OSPF & BGP & T-shoot
    • Hands on Route map/ACL/NAT/Object Group
    • Good Understanding of Cisco Technology & IOS & Wifi Technology
    • Working Experience of WLC & Cisco L3 Devices (ASA/Fire Power/Router)
    • Good understanding of VPN Technology and service.

    Location: Bangalore (Monday to Friday- Work from Office, Saturday & Sundays Fixed Off)

    Experience: 2-5 years

    Mode of working hours: US Shift (7:30 pm to 4:30 am)

    Mandatory Certification: CCNP Course/ Training/ Institution completion Certificate in Routing and switches (preferably)
