Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including engineering, product management, marketing, and operations, to define project requirements, scope, and success criteria.
Identify project resource requirements, allocate resources effectively, and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Proactively identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk exposure and ensure project success.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.
Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and quality requirements.
Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within allocated budgets and financial constraints.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and requirements, and assess their impact on project deliverables, timeline, and resource requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior leadership, and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization, and drive initiatives to enhance project management practices and efficiency.
