    Position: Regional Marketing Manager

    Role Purpose: Role is to create and implement successful marketing and communication programs with hands on ability to translate marketing ideas

    Qualificatin: MBA / PGDBM

    Work Experience: 5-10 years of experience

    CTC Range: 7-8L

    Critical Skills Required:

    Marketing activities

    Brand management

    Multi channel campaign

    Good written and verbal communication

    Interpersonal skills

    Result oriented with adherence to compliance

    Key Accountabilities:

    1. Ideating, Creating & executing marketing communication plans for the Region

    2. Conceptualizing various promotional and branding activities across channel

    3. Selecting right promotional mix to ensure high visibility of the brand, campaign support

    4. Devising pre and post marketing activities for successful launch of new products

    5. Creating innovative events to create brand awareness, top of the mind brand recall

    6. Ensuring ground visibility/ content/communication is in accordance to compliance

    7. Ensuring availability of all sales enablers and inventory to Sales team for all local events

    8. Ensuring digital adoption across distribution channels

    9. Liaison with sales and admin team to ensure smooth execution of activities across the Region

    10. Analyzing ROI of various marketing initiatives for the region and customize as per local needs
